Psychoanalytic therapy
Solving mental health issues on psychological, mental, and physical levels. An opportunity to understand oneself better, overcome difficulties and respond to life challenges.

“The biggest danger, that of losing oneself, can pass off in the world as quietly as if it were nothing.”
When to seek help
At times, our emotional life becomes too complicated and full of excessive worries. This can significantly impact mental health, well-being, intellectual and physical activity, and quality of life.
More detailsHow psychoanalysis works
Psychoanalytic therapy relies on the unconscious, which is perceived through transference, counter-transference, and free associations – a casual, candid conversation that can heal. When people express their thoughts and feelings freely and share their experiences while being listened to, understood, and accepted, there is a space for new ideas, meanings, and insights (emotional and conscious discoveries).
